8 years in the making...

MUST finish this stocking. Took a few years off. I took this with me when mj was tiny to attend doctors appointments with my mom. Worked on it in the hospital. Hours and hours with her. For a few years I couldn't even look at it. Finally realized the child is 8 and doesn't have a matching stocking with his family. Renewing my commitment to finish what I started.

Apparently this is a hard to get item this year. Michael is a big fan of the Lego advent calendar. We have had one for several years. We were almost late to school this morning because he and I are so excited to begin counting down to Christmas.
We also got chocolate advents for the first time in ages. Michael really wanted one. I don't think he has ever had one. The side effect to having a brother that hates chocolate. A mother that thinks they both hate it.
And so it begins...
